The service

This is a web application for running a small 3D printing shop: quotes, orders, customers, filament and the rest. You get an account and one shop. The free plan includes everything needed to keep records; the premium plan adds extra features, listed in the app under Settings > Plan.

Your account

You need a working email address and you are responsible for keeping your password private. One person per account; if several people work in your shop, give them the login on your own responsibility. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used by someone else.

Your data

Everything you enter stays yours. We only use it to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it all at any time and you can ask us to delete your account.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own shop. Do not try to break into other shops, overload the servers, or use the public request form and customer portal to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend an account that does.

Paying for premium

Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription billed through Stripe. It renews until you cancel, which you can do at any time from Settings > Plan; you keep premium until the end of the period you paid for. If a payment fails we keep retrying for a while and then move the shop back to the free plan - nothing is deleted, the premium features simply switch off until it is paid.

Prices may change; we will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects you.

Availability and backups

We aim to keep the service running around the clock and take daily backups, but we cannot promise it will never be down or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose (Settings > Data does this in one click).

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from using it, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can close it if you break these terms, with notice where possible. If we ever stop running the service we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; meaningful changes are announced by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
