Privacy policy

The short version. Your shop's records are yours. We store them so the app can work, we never sell them, share them, or use them to train anything, and you can download all of them or delete your account at any time.

Who we are

This service is run by the operator named in the terms. Questions about this policy go to the contact address given there.

What we store

Your account: your email address and a scrambled (hashed) form of your password. We never see the password itself.
Your shop's records: what you enter into the app - customers, quotes, orders, invoices, filament, printers, requests, uploaded files and settings. This includes personal details of your customers that you choose to record.
Billing: if you subscribe, our payment provider (Stripe) holds your card and billing details. We only keep the identifiers Stripe gives us to know which shop is paid up. Card numbers never reach our server.
Technical logs: the server keeps short-lived logs of requests (addresses, times, errors) to keep the service running and to stop abuse. They are not used for analytics or advertising.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent any data, aggregated or otherwise.
We do not share your records with anyone except the providers that are needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payments), each of which only receives what its job requires.
We do not use your records to train models or to build benchmarks across shops.
We do not put tracking or advertising scripts in the app.

How it is kept

Every shop has its own separate database on our server. Disks are encrypted at rest and all traffic uses HTTPS. Daily backups are kept for thirty days so a mistake can be undone. Staff access to the server is limited to what maintenance and support require.

Email

We send email only to confirm your address, to reset your password, and to tell you about something that affects your account or your bill. No newsletters unless you ask for them.

Your customers' data

When you record a customer's name, address or messages in your shop, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to do so. We act on your instructions and process that data only to run the app for you.

Getting your data out, and deleting it

Settings > Data gives you a complete download of your shop at any time, in a plain JSON file you can open anywhere. To close your account, ask us at the contact address; your shop's data is removed from our live systems within 30 days and from backups when those expire.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
